Vendor Application Terms of Service
By applying to be a vendor for any of the Boho Bliss Production events you agree to the following terms:
1. I acknowledge that I am required to pay my invoice by the due date in the acceptance email and I acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor on the waitlist if not paid in full by due date.
2. I acknowledge that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. I acknowledge that if the event cannot happen for any reason (at Boho Bliss Productions discretion), I will be given 2 alternative transfer dates to choose from. If neither works for me, then I agree to forfeit my vendor fee.
3. I acknowledge that is my responsibility to carry my own business liability insurance. Boho Bliss Production and Boho Bazaar Market, the venue and any affiliates are not responsible for any damage/injury/loss occurring during the event.
4. I acknowledge that I will provide/ carry the valid license(s) and TFF (if required). I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing all materials needed for my booth setup. (ezup, tables, chairs, etc.) (make sure to review vendor application for what is included in the booth fee; each venue is different)
5. I acknowledge that if I don't show up to the event without early notice or information, I will forfeit my vendor fee for any reason and BBP has the right to cancel any other booth spaces previously applied and paid for without a refund.
6. I acknowledge that my photo may be taken during the event and shared for marketing purposes on BBP related social media platforms.
