Terms of Service for Monthly Partnership/ Membership Subscription
These Terms of Service govern the use and participation in the Monthly Partnership or Membership Subscription (the "Subscription") offered by Boho Bliss Productions, doing business as Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. By enrolling in the Subscription, you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for or use the Subscription.
1. Subscription Overview
The Subscription provides Subscribers with exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:
- Monthly participation in [partnership events/pop-up markets/vendor opportunities].
- Access to vendor/talent network, marketing resources, business consulting, and special event upgrades.
- Discounts on vendor fees, priority booking, and promotional collaborations.
- Additional perks as specified by Boho Bliss Productions.
2. Subscription Fee
Subscribers agree to pay a recurring monthly fee; (check membership/partnership subscription for monthly cost) (the "Subscription Fee"). The Subscription Fee will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these term
3. Billing and Payment
- By subscribing, you authorize Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. to automatically charge the payment method provided at registration for the Subscription Fee on a recurring monthly basis.
- Payment must be made via [credit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.].
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Subscription.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your Subscription at any time by [providing written notice via email, logging into your account, etc.]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial months.
- Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. reserves the right to terminate your Subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or misuse of benefits. If terminated by Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc., a prorated refund may be issued at their discretion.
5. Changes to the Subscription
Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. reserves the right to modify the benefits, features, or cost of the Subscription at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least [30] days in advance. Continued use of the Subscription after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.
6. Use of Services
- The Subscription is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or business that has signed up.
- Benefits, including discounted vendor fees, priority booking, or marketing resources, may only be used in connection with approved events, promotions, or services.
- Subscriber agrees to use the services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Subscriber Responsibilities
As a Subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account login details and promptly notify Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Participate in events, promotions, and opportunities in good faith and adhere to any additional terms or guidelines provided for specific offerings.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided as part of the Subscription are the property of Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Subscription. The total liability of Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. for any claim related to the Subscription will not exceed the Subscription Fee paid for the most recent month.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, or the Subscription will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
Boho Bliss Productions/The Urban Charm Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time by providing notice to Subscribers. Changes will be effective immediately for new Subscribers and upon the next renewal date for existing Subscribers.
