Welcome to the Boho Bazaar Market
We are excited to have you join us. Below is all the information you need to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience at our market.
Arrival and Setup
- Arrival Time: Vendors can start arriving at 10:00am. Please arrive no later than 11:15am to ensure you have enough time to set up.
- Check-In: Upon arrival, check in at Vendor Registration located at the entrance. You will receive your booth assignment and any additional information.
- Setup Time: All vendors must complete their setup by 12:00am.
- Parking: Vendor parking is available behind the building and on both magnolia & daisy ave. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area to keep the main area and the parking in front of the event on Willow ave. clear for customers.
Booth Setup
- Booth Size: Your booth space is either one of these sizes 4 x 2.5ft / 6 x 2.5’ / 8 x 2.5’. Your specific booth size was emailed to you. Please ensure your display fits within this area.
- Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing a table cloth, branded table banner (if they have one) and all setup materials. Note: We will provide 1 table and 1 chair. We do have limited electricity at this venue so please be sure to let us know ahead of time.
- Display Guidelines:
- All tables must have table covers.
- No vinyl banners stapled to table covers. Table runners are accepted.
During the Event
- Operating Hours: The market is open to the public from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- Vendor Support: If you need assistance during the event, please visit the market coordinator or event manager.
- Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the venue
- WiFi Access: WiFI is accessible at the venue
- Safety: Keep your area clean and free of hazards. Please ensure that all cables, cords, and other potential tripping hazards are secured.
Sales and Payments
- Sales Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions. Please bring enough change and a reliable method for accepting payments (e.g., credit card reader).
- Tax Collection: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
End of Day
- Breakdown Time: Breakdown begins at 5:00 pm. Please do not start packing up before this time.
- Clean-Up: Ensure your area is clean and free of trash before leaving. Dispose of any waste in the designated bins.
- Check-Out: Before leaving, check out with the market coordinator or event manager to confirm your departure and provide any feedback about the event.
Additional Information
- Weather: This is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared for any weather conditions. (As we are indoors this shouldn't be a problem)
- Insurance: Vendors are responsible for having their own business liability insurance. Boho Bazaar Market is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the event.
